We loved absolutely everything. The amenities were better than what we expected, the views were remarkable, the cleanliness was excellent, the food was delicious (the breakfast was stunning), the room service was on point and the staff is truly professional and welcoming. They made us feel home since the very first minute. We traveled with a 14 months old baby and absolutely everyone working there made sure that we were confortable and happy. Thank you so much to all the team (specially Agness and Goodluck who support us with absolutely everything that we needed since tourism attractions information to special request for baby friendly meals). The manager on shift provided us with a more confortable and suitable room for our family vacations the day he met us. We can't remember his name but we are grateful for this beautiful gesture. Thank you as well to Jackson, Belina, Maria, Lilian, Martin and Julius for your excepcional and for teaching us some swahili. We are looking forward to go back! ASANTE SANA!

The place is generally beautiful from the garden, the pool, playground(my baby loved it,)The room we got was huge and the bathroom with bathtub beautiful! Oh the management was all good we grateful to Mr Ahmed for having us! Oh and Mrs Morine wonderful she's so welcoming and helpful, always got a smile on and ready to assist all the time, it was a pleasure to have you as our host, we really appreciate, not forgetting Mr Ombeni in particular who kept coming around to make sure we are good with a smile on! The entire staff at the restaurant, the pool area the front desk were all great! You made us have a good time! And for pressing the oranges for my baby! Thank you.

Lovely hotel in good safe location with airport and covid testing centre within short taxi ride. Very clean hotel with good sized communal areas and spacious rooms. Towels changed daily and even provided mosquito spraying every evening. Staff were very pleasant, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and a credit to the organisation. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Restaurant food was plentiful and very tasty, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to be close to airport.

The food was delicious, and I enjoyed it. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom, and I appreciated the light switch being close to the bed for convenience. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The area is also very peaceful.
